If you are 5 minutes late you will be rescheduled.

Let me know if you are running late, and I can rebook you as soon as possible.

Those who are late consistently may be unable to schedule again.

You will be charged 50% of the scheduled service if you don’t show up.

I know crazy things happen sometimes, I am understanding…. until it happens over and over.

A 12 hour notice is required for all cancellations and rescheduling.

An appointment that is canceled after that will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
